TWO-GENERATION DETACHED HOUSE

This is a detached two-generation house in a partially built-up area. The building is situated in the village of Kobylnice, that lies approximately 15 km south-east from Brno. The building has two floors without cellar. Ground floor dwelling unit is meant for a family with two childern. There is entrance hall with dressing room, WC, bathroom, parents´ bedroom, bedroom for childern, living room with study and kitchen with dining room. There is also ground-level terrace accessable from childern´s room and kitchen with dining room. Second floor dwelling unit is meant for a married couple. There is entrance hall and staircase, room for household choirs with dressing room, WC, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, pantry and terrace. There is also a common garage with parking space for two cars. The house is based on strips made of plain concrete and is built of the Porotherm building system. Skillion roof is pitched with an inclination of 7°. Roofing tile is standing seam sheet steel Lindab Click. Built-up area is 228,4 m2. There is also included a seminar paper on the topic: Structures of roof cladding for various kinds of roofs according to ČSN 73 1901.
Two-generation family house

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of a two-generation house divided in two separate apartments. House has three aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the ground floor there is barrier-free apartment. Second apartment is in the second and third floor. In the second floor there is a bedroom with his own wardrobe room, bathroom, WC, and generous living room with a big window oriented to the garden. In the third floor there is a kid’s room and entrance on a terrace. Parking place is in the passage. Roofs are designated as impassable flat roof with a classic layer order with a final layer is from asphalt sheets. The building is built from Porotherm 44 laid on foam, the ceilings structure is from precast prestressed concrete panels SPIROLL, staircases are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Foundation are from concrete strips footing. The facade of the building I partly overgrown by climbing plant Parthenocissus tricuspidata.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of new family house with business operation in Brno and elaboration of project documentation for realization of the building. The object is designed from one part as a two-storied two-generation house and in the second part as a one-storied business operation. A part of the house is a garage for two cars. Both parts of the building, business operation and family house, are covered with a flat roof. The house is constructed from ceramic blocks. This object is designed for a row buildings. It is placed in a gently sloping terrain. The building is located in the flood area of the river Svratka.

This bachelor thesis „Detached house with two flats in Holešov“ is created in a form of implementing project documentation and it contains all requirments according to the valid regulations. Designed object is situated on a lot number 2394/8, 2394/9, 2395/8 and 2395/9 in Holešov. The object stays separated from other objects. For designing this family housing was used Heluz system. Construction of a roof is separated into two parts. Main unit is covered by truss structures and garage with the other apartment have flat roofs. This newly built housing is designed for family consisting of 5 people and for disabled person. There is a barrier-free unit designed for the disabled person, which is part of seminar work. There is also garage attached to the house. The object has two floors and no basement. Architectural study, calculation of construction physics, stairs and foundations of building are also part of this project.

This bachelor thesis „Detached house with two flats in Galanta in the Kolónia“ is created in the form of project documentation for implementation and it contains all requirements according to the valid regulations. The designed object is situated on lot number 5184/143, 5184/40 in Galanta in the Kolónia. The object stays separated from other objects. For designing this family housing Durisol from Leier system was used. The construction of the roof is separated into two parts. The roof is made of a counter purlin construction with a slope on two sides. The house is intended for a 4-member family and two grandparents, one of which is wheelchair dependent which is why one of the apartments is wheelchair accessible. The object has two floors and no basement. An architectural study, calculation of construction physics, stairs and foundations of the building are also part of this project.
